CROFFLE (WAFFLES) WITH SHRIMPS

MUST HAVE:
- 6 Butter Croissants, 24 %
- oil for frying
- 9 shrimps
- salt and pepper
- 3 eggs
- 10 g of chives
- 15 ml sweet and sour sauce
- iceberg lettuce
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Bake the thawed butter croissants one by one in the Belgian waffle pan. Fry the shrimp in oil in a simple pan, season with salt and pepper. Cook until the shrimp turn a nice orange color.
- In another pan, fry eggs in oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and cook on medium heat. Sprinkle the fried eggs with chopped chives.
- When serving, sprinkle the waffle with sweet and sour sauce, place a leaf of iceberg lettuce (you can finely process it), shrimp and a fried egg. Drizzle with sweet and sour sauce.
