MUST HAVE:
- 6 Butter Croissants, 24 %
- 250 g of mascarpone cheese
- 40 ml of coconut milk
- 30 g of powdered sugar
- 5 ml of vanilla extract
- 30 g of coconut flakes
- 1 plum
- slivered almonds
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Bake the thawed croissants one at a time in a Belgian waffle pan.
- In a bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese with coconut milk, powdered sugar, vanilla and coconut flakes.
- Put the resulting mass in a pastry bag. Squeeze coconut cream on the waffle, add sliced plums and cover with coconut and almond flakes.
