CRISPY WAFFLES WITH COCONUT CREAM AND PLUMS

MUST HAVE:

  • 6 Butter Croissants, 24 %
  • 250 g of mascarpone cheese
  • 40 ml of coconut milk
  • 30 g of powdered sugar
  • 5 ml of vanilla extract
  • 30 g of coconut flakes
  • 1 plum
  • slivered almonds

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Bake the thawed croissants one at a time in a Belgian waffle pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese with coconut milk, powdered sugar, vanilla and coconut flakes.
  3. Put the resulting mass in a pastry bag. Squeeze coconut cream on the waffle, add sliced plums and cover with coconut and almond flakes.
