MUST HAVE:
- French Baguette with Grains and Seeds MEDOMI
- 1) Sun-dried tomato sandwich: 40 g of sun-dried tomatoes, 150 g of ricotta cheese, 20 g of sunflower seeds, Parmesan cheese for decoration.
- 2) Sandwich with avocado: 1 piece of avocado, 100 g of yogurt ,20 g of radish, 5 g of roasted sesame seeds, coriander for decoration.
- 3) Salami sandwich: 50 g of mayonnaise, 15 g of grainy mustard, 100 g of salami, 10 g of common cornsalad.
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Bake the French baguette for 12 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
- Cut the baked baguette into slices and squeeze ricotta cheese on them. Cover with toasted sunflower seeds and add strips of sun-dried tomatoes, grate hard cheese.
- Add avocado pulp, yogurt, salt and mash in a blender. Put the resulting mass in a pastry bag. Squeeze avocado cream on the baked baguette slices, add radish slices, decorate with coriander leaves and sesame seeds.
- Squeeze mustard mayonnaise (after mixing mayonnaise with mustard) on the slices of baked garlic baguette, put a slice of salami sausage and leaves of common cornsalad.
