MUST HAVE:

  • Bun CINNABON
  • 100 g of brown sugar
  • 100 g of butter
  • 150 g croutons
  • salted peanuts

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Add sugar to the container and heat while stirring until it melts and begins to caramelize. Then add the butter, mix until it melts and thickens.
  2. Pour the cream and let it boil. Remove from heat and leave to cool completely.
  3. Drizzle caramel on a Cinnabon mantinga bun, sprinkle with chopped salted peanuts.
  4. Caramels covered with nuts can also be served separately - after all, it is so delicious to dip a bun in thick sweet caramel.
