MUST HAVE:
- Bun CINNABON
- 100 g of brown sugar
- 100 g of butter
- 150 g croutons
- salted peanuts
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Add sugar to the container and heat while stirring until it melts and begins to caramelize. Then add the butter, mix until it melts and thickens.
- Pour the cream and let it boil. Remove from heat and leave to cool completely.
- Drizzle caramel on a Cinnabon mantinga bun, sprinkle with chopped salted peanuts.
- Caramels covered with nuts can also be served separately - after all, it is so delicious to dip a bun in thick sweet caramel.
