CAKE WITH CHICKEN

MUST HAVE:

  • Puff Pastry Dough in Sheets
  • onion 1 piece
  • garlic 2 cloves
  • chicken breasts 1 piece
  • 1 leaf of kale
  • cherry tomatoes 8 pcs.
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp.
  • ricotta 100 g
  • basil 1 sprig
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of black pepper

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Cut the onion into straws, the garlic into thin slices and the chicken into strips. Place the chicken, onion, garlic, chopped cabbage leaf and cherry tomatoes in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt and pepper and stir.
  2. Place a sheet of MANTINGA flourless puff pastry on a baking tray lined with baking paper, place the ricotta and the marinated chicken with vegetables on the pastry.
  3. Bake in an oven at 180 °C for about 5 minutes. Garnish with basil leaves after baking.
