MUST HAVE:
- Puff Pastry Dough in Sheets
- onion 1 piece
- garlic 2 cloves
- chicken breasts 1 piece
- 1 leaf of kale
- cherry tomatoes 8 pcs.
- Olive oil 2 tbsp.
- ricotta 100 g
- basil 1 sprig
- pinch of salt
- pinch of black pepper
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Cut the onion into straws, the garlic into thin slices and the chicken into strips. Place the chicken, onion, garlic, chopped cabbage leaf and cherry tomatoes in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt and pepper and stir.
- Place a sheet of MANTINGA flourless puff pastry on a baking tray lined with baking paper, place the ricotta and the marinated chicken with vegetables on the pastry.
- Bake in an oven at 180 °C for about 5 minutes. Garnish with basil leaves after baking.
