BURGER WITH SHREDDED CHICKEN

MUST HAVE:
- Hot Dog Buns (4 pc.)
- 1 blue onion
- ½ handful of parsley
- 1 brioche burger bun
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil (for frying)
- 150 g of shredded chicken
- 30 ml of water
- 3 tablespoons of BBQ sauce
- A pinch of salt
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- BURGER WITH SHREDDED CHICKEN
- Cut the blue onion into slices, chop the parsley.
- Fry the MANTINGA brioche burger buns "Cosmos" in a pan on both sides. Add onion to a heated pan with olive oil, add salt, fry and add shredded chicken, add water, add a spoonful of BBQ sauce, simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Apply BBQ sauce on the inside of the bun, add shredded chicken and chopped parsley.
