BURGER WITH SHREDDED CHICKEN

MUST HAVE:

  • Hot Dog Buns (4 pc.)
  • 1 blue onion
  • ½ handful of parsley
  • 1 brioche burger bun
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil (for frying)
  • 150 g of shredded chicken
  • 30 ml of water
  • 3 tablespoons of BBQ sauce
  • A pinch of salt

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. BURGER WITH SHREDDED CHICKEN
  2. Cut the blue onion into slices, chop the parsley.
  3. Fry the MANTINGA brioche burger buns "Cosmos" in a pan on both sides. Add onion to a heated pan with olive oil, add salt, fry and add shredded chicken, add water, add a spoonful of BBQ sauce, simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Apply BBQ sauce on the inside of the bun, add shredded chicken and chopped parsley.
