Burger with peanut butter and bacon

MUST HAVE:

  • Hamburger Bun with Sesame (2 pc.)
  • chicken breast 200 g
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • 4-5 strips of cold smoked bacon
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons of nut butter
  • a pinch of chili flakes
  • olive oil 1 tablespoon
  • 1 tablespoon of Hoisin sauce
  • a pinch of hot pepper
  • 2 slices of cheese

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Cut the chicken breast in half, season with spices, sprinkle with oil and place on an oiled grill. Fry on both sides for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Place the bacon strips next to the chicken and fry them also for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Toast MANTINGA burger buns "Cosmos" on the grill for 1 minute on each side.
  4. Mix rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, nut butter, hot peppers together.
  5. Spread the sauce on the fried buns. Place the chicken, cheese, bacon and an extra teaspoon of sauce on the bottom bun and cover with another bun. Bon Appetit!
