Burger with peanut butter and bacon

MUST HAVE:
- Hamburger Bun with Sesame (2 pc.)
- chicken breast 200 g
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of black pepper
- 4-5 strips of cold smoked bacon
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons of nut butter
- a pinch of chili flakes
- olive oil 1 tablespoon
- 1 tablespoon of Hoisin sauce
- a pinch of hot pepper
- 2 slices of cheese
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Cut the chicken breast in half, season with spices, sprinkle with oil and place on an oiled grill. Fry on both sides for 3-4 minutes.
- Place the bacon strips next to the chicken and fry them also for 4-5 minutes.
- Toast MANTINGA burger buns "Cosmos" on the grill for 1 minute on each side.
- Mix rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, nut butter, hot peppers together.
- Spread the sauce on the fried buns. Place the chicken, cheese, bacon and an extra teaspoon of sauce on the bottom bun and cover with another bun. Bon Appetit!
