BURGER WITH CHICKEN

MUST HAVE:
- Hamburger Bun with Sesame (2 pc.)
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil (for frying)
- 1 chicken fillet
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 apple
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon of natural yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- A pinch of hot pepper
- 2 lettuce leaves
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Place the chicken fillet in a heated pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook on both sides until browned and fully cooked.
- Cut the apple into slices, chop the parsley. Fry the MANTINGA brioche burger buns "Cosmos" in a dry pan until browned on both sides.
- Place parsley in a bowl, grate a clove of garlic, lime peel, add yogurt, mayonnaise, season with salt, pepper, and hot pepper. Mix everything.
- Cut the chicken into strips. Spread the prepared yogurt sauce on the inner sides of the bun, add lettuce leaves, chicken, apple slices and top bun.
