BURGER WITH CHICKEN

MUST HAVE:

  • Hamburger Bun with Sesame (2 pc.)
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil (for frying)
  • 1 chicken fillet
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 1 apple
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon of natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • A pinch of hot pepper
  • 2 lettuce leaves

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Place the chicken fillet in a heated pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook on both sides until browned and fully cooked.
  2. Cut the apple into slices, chop the parsley. Fry the MANTINGA brioche burger buns "Cosmos" in a dry pan until browned on both sides.
  3. Place parsley in a bowl, grate a clove of garlic, lime peel, add yogurt, mayonnaise, season with salt, pepper, and hot pepper. Mix everything.
  4. Cut the chicken into strips. Spread the prepared yogurt sauce on the inner sides of the bun, add lettuce leaves, chicken, apple slices and top bun.
