MUST HAVE:

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Place the sheets of MANTINGA flourless puff pastry on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Top with half the ham, spinach, feta cheese and the remaining pork ham.
  2. Fold the puff pastry in half and pinch the edges. Brush the top of the buns with beaten egg and sprinkle with black pepper.
  3. Place the baking tray with the patties in an oven at 180 °C. Bake for about 15 minutes.
