BUNS WITH SPINACH, FETA AND HAM

MUST HAVE:
- Puff Pastry Dough in Sheets
- MANTINGA flourless puff pastry 2 sheets
- pork ham 80 g
- spinach 1 handful
- feta cheese 80 g
- egg 1 pc.
- pinch of black pepper
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Place the sheets of MANTINGA flourless puff pastry on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Top with half the ham, spinach, feta cheese and the remaining pork ham.
- Fold the puff pastry in half and pinch the edges. Brush the top of the buns with beaten egg and sprinkle with black pepper.
- Place the baking tray with the patties in an oven at 180 °C. Bake for about 15 minutes.
