BREAKFAST SANDWICH WITH BACON AND EGG

MUST HAVE:
- 6 Butter Croissants, 24 %
- 90 g smoked bacon
- 1 avocado
- 50 g of adjika sauce
- 3 eggs
- 10 g of chives
- salt and pepper
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Cut an elongated groove in the croissants and spread it with adjika sauce. Inside, put bacon cut into sticks, avocado slices. Beat an egg on top. Try not to let the yolk run - this sandwich will look nicer.
- Put the croissants filled in this way into a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle the baked sandwiches with salt, pepper and finely chopped chives.
