BREAKFAST PIZZA FROM FROZEN DOUGH

MUST HAVE:
- Croissant Dough in Sheets
- half a packet of pastry dough
- 1 whisked egg
- 2 tablespoons of canned crushed tomatoes
- 1 handful of grated cheese
- 100 g cold smoked bacon
- 2 eggs
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of black pepper
- 1 handful of basil leaves
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Thaw the MANTINGA puff pastry dough at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Brush the edges of the dough with egg batter and fold over.
- Spread the base of the dough with crushed tomatoes, add finely chopped bacon, grated cheese and fresh eggs.
- Season with spices and bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 °C for about 15 minutes until browned and the filling is cooked. Once cooked, sprinkle with fresh basil leaves and enjoy.
