BREAKFAST PIZZA FROM FROZEN DOUGH

MUST HAVE:

  • Croissant Dough in Sheets
  • half a packet of pastry dough
  • 1 whisked egg
  • 2 tablespoons of canned crushed tomatoes
  • 1 handful of grated cheese
  • 100 g cold smoked bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • 1 handful of basil leaves

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Thaw the MANTINGA puff pastry dough at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Brush the edges of the dough with egg batter and fold over.
  2. Spread the base of the dough with crushed tomatoes, add finely chopped bacon, grated cheese and fresh eggs.
  3. Season with spices and bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 °C for about 15 minutes until browned and the filling is cooked. Once cooked, sprinkle with fresh basil leaves and enjoy.
