BREAKFAST MUFFINS WITH PEPPERS AND EGG

MUST HAVE:

  • Croissant Dough in Sheets
  • half a packet of dough
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2-3 eggs
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Thaw the MANTINGA puff pastry at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Dice the bell pepper and put it in a bowl.
  2. Put the eggs in the container with the bell pepper, add the spices and mix everything well. Cut the sheets of dough into two parts, place one part of the dough in the cupcake form, thus forming a dough basket.
  3. Place a spoonful of bell pepper, egg and spice mixture in the middle of the basket.
  4. Bake in an oven heated to 150 °C for about 20 minutes, until browned and the filling is cooked.
