MUST HAVE:
- French Baguette with Garlic Butter Filling
- Black olives 1 glass
- Capers 1 tbsp.
- Anchovy fillet pcs.
- Olive oil 50 g
- Red wine vinegar 1 tbsp.
- Fresh parsley 1 handful
- Garlic 1 clove
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Grind all the ingredients until smooth.
- Bake the MANTINGA Italian ciabatta bread in the oven at 200 °C for 10-12 minutes.
- Serve with warm bread and garnish with parsley leaves.
