MUST HAVE:
- Puff Pastry Dough Folded
- 3-4 apples
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp of vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 80 g of powdered sugar
- 0.5 tsp of cardamom
- 200 g of cream
- 3 tbsp of apricot jam
- 1 tbsp of brown sugar
- Butter (for greasing the baking tray) 1 tbsp
- Flour (for sprinkling on the baking tray) 1 tbsp
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- 1. Cut the apples into slices. Whisk the eggs, add the vanilla sugar, sugar, cardamom, add the cream and mix until smooth.
- 2. Take a baking tray and grease it with butter and sprinkle with flour, then add Mantinga yeast-free puff pastry, apricot jam, sliced apples, sprinkle with brown sugar and pour the cream sauce.
- 3. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 30 minutes. Let it cool before serving.
