APPLE TART

MUST HAVE:

  • Puff Pastry Dough Folded
  • 3-4 apples
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp of vanilla sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 80 g of powdered sugar
  • 0.5 tsp of cardamom
  • 200 g of cream
  • 3 tbsp of apricot jam
  • 1 tbsp of brown sugar
  • Butter (for greasing the baking tray) 1 tbsp
  • Flour (for sprinkling on the baking tray) 1 tbsp

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. 1. Cut the apples into slices. Whisk the eggs, add the vanilla sugar, sugar, cardamom, add the cream and mix until smooth.
  2. 2. Take a baking tray and grease it with butter and sprinkle with flour, then add Mantinga yeast-free puff pastry, apricot jam, sliced apples, sprinkle with brown sugar and pour the cream sauce.
  3. 3. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 30 minutes. Let it cool before serving.
