APPLE AND CHERRY PIE

MUST HAVE:

  • Puff Pastry Dough Folded
  • 2-3 apples
  • 1 glass of cherries
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 100 g of brown sugar
  • 50 ml of water
  • 1 tbsp of corn starch
  • 0.5 tsp of nutmeg

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. 1. Melt butter in a pan, add diced apples and cherries, corn starch, brown sugar, half a teaspoon of nutmeg, mix everything and then add 50 ml of water.
  2. 2. Line the base of the baking tray with a yeast-free puff pastry, spread the apples and cherries evenly over the dough.
  3. 3. Bake in the oven at 200 °C for about 20 minutes. Decorate with mint leaves and let it cool before serving.
