MUST HAVE:
- 6 Butter Croissants, 24 %
- 100 g of almond flour
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g of unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 5 ml of vanilla
- 10 g of almond flakes
- powdered sugar
- 20 ml of maple syrup
- blueberries
- lime zest for decoration
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Bake the frozen butter croissants in the oven at 180 degrees for 17 minutes.
- Mix butter with sugar, add flour, vanilla, beat in eggs, mix.
- Cut the cooled croissants in half lengthwise and squeeze the almond cream on the lower part with a pastry syringe, sprinkle with almond flakes and bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
- Sprinkle the baked halves with powdered sugar, decorate with blueberries, sprinkle with maple syrup and grate lime zest.
