ALMOND CROISSANT

MUST HAVE:

  • 6 Butter Croissants, 24 %
  • 100 g of almond flour
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 100 g of unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 ml of vanilla
  • 10 g of almond flakes
  • powdered sugar
  • 20 ml of maple syrup
  • blueberries
  • lime zest for decoration

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Bake the frozen butter croissants in the oven at 180 degrees for 17 minutes.
  2. Mix butter with sugar, add flour, vanilla, beat in eggs, mix.
  3. Cut the cooled croissants in half lengthwise and squeeze the almond cream on the lower part with a pastry syringe, sprinkle with almond flakes and bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
  4. Sprinkle the baked halves with powdered sugar, decorate with blueberries, sprinkle with maple syrup and grate lime zest.
